What we collect

We only collect data when you send an enquiry yourself. The form fields are name, email, phone (optional) and your message.

• Contact details from the enquiry form: name, email, phone.
• The enquiry text and any attached files (drawings, specifications, photos).
• A technical record of when the enquiry was sent, used for spam protection.

Why we use it

We use the data only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and handle the related correspondence. We never sell or share it with third parties and do not use it for automated profiling.

Files and security

Files sent through the form are stored in a private bucket with no public access. Only authorised Firon OÜ staff can view them, and only as far as quoting requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and their files are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence so a paused project can be picked up again. After that they are deleted. To have them removed earlier, email info@firon.ee.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Contact info@firon.ee. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

Necessary cookies

The site uses technical storage only to remember your language choice and your cookie decision. Core functionality depends on it, so it cannot be switched off.

Statistics and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages are visited. These services load only after you consent: before consent no requests are made and none of their cookies are set.

Analytics is configured anonymously — statistics are not tied to an individual and are never used for ad targeting.
